The Estate We're In - Series 1 - Episode 2

Neighbour of the year, Silla 'Supergran' Carron, attempts to clean up Plymouth's notoriously troublesome Wolseley Road estate. Silla attempts to improve safety and security, trying to inspire the residents by inviting them to her own London estate to see the improvements that are possible if they all work together. She takes measures to drive out antisocial behaviour. But faced with inadequate security, the trouble makers soon return.
