Elvis The Pelvis Goes To War. Wink Martindale looks at Elvis's army career, his mothers' death, leaving for Germany, normal daily army life and meeting Priscilla. Other contributors include producers Sly & Robbie, Chris Porter (who masterminded the recording of Aswad's number one 'Don't Turn Around'), Tony Platt (engineer on the original Marley recordings), plus Boy George and Mikey Craig of Culture Club. Also featured is Dennis Bovell, the founding member of British Reggae band Matumbi and a successful songwriter and producer who has given special access to the multitrack of his 1979 hit for Janet Kay - 'Silly Games'.
