The Early Music Show - Lufthansa Festival 2008

Lucie Skeaping presents the second of two programmes of highlights from the 2008 Lufthansa Festival of Baroque Music, with a performance in which soprano Elin Manahan Thomas joins the group Concordia. Including pieces by William Lawes and John Jenkins, composed during the English Civil War, contrasted with consort music and songs by Henry Purcell and Orlando Gibbons.
