Andrew Neil is in Manchester for the Labour party's annual conference, and Anita Anand is in Westminster with the other top political stories of the day. All eyes are on David Miliband as he makes up his mind whether to work for his brother in his newly-elevated position of party leader. David Miliband is scheduled to make a speech as shadow Foreign Secretary - the programme features his speech and speeches from the current shadow Chancellor Alistair Darling and the woman whose name has been mentioned as a possible future shadow Chancellor, Yvette Cooper. Andrew reports live from the conference hall, interviewing Mr Darling, Sadiq Khan and Charlie Whelan. Anita is in London, where she's joined by the Conservative party chair, Sayeeda Warsi.
