Former Telegraph editor Charles Moore joins Andrew Neil and Anita Anand to discuss the day's political developments. These include the latest Government schools shake-up. Ed Balls is scrapping a £100m a year numeracy and literacy strategy, once trumpeted as the cornerstone of New Labour's education policy.
