The Mirror's Kevin Maguire and Sam Coates from the Times give their views on the Budget, and the exclusive results of a Daily Politics ComRes poll on how Alistair Darling's plans have gone down with the country are revealed. Public sector workers are one group that will have a few things to say about the Chancellor's statement. A number of potential cost-cutting measures could affect their jobs and working conditions - Gordon Prentice from Unison and Matthew Sinclair from the Taxpayers' Alliance give their views. One group of voters that the parties definitely can't ignore is the over-60s. They're more likely to be politically active and are often affected by government policies. Rock group The Zimmers, who had a recent hit with My Generation, and the government's Old People's Tsar Joan Bakewell speak to the programme. Plus, Giles Dilnot rounds up this week's Top of the Political Pops.
