After the remarkable scenes in the House of Commons as MPs voted to make Tory MP John Bercow their new Speaker, Andrew Neil and Anita Anand look at what changes he is planning for the way Parliament works. He says he will follow a reforming agenda, but can anything he does restore trust in our politicians after the expenses scandal? There is also the latest on Gordon Brown's Iraq Inquiry.
