The Irish vote for the second time in 18 months on whether to ratify the controversial Lisbon Treaty. With speculation growing that Tony Blair will be installed as the new President of Europe if the treaty is ratified we look at the implications of a yes vote in Ireland with former Foreign Secretary, Margaret Beckett. As the Conservatives head off to Manchester to start their final party conference before the general election.
