The Cramp Twins - Series 3 - Swamp Curse/Army of Wayne

Animation about ten-year-old twins Wayne and Lucien Cramp - brothers who are complete opposites of one another. Lucien must defend himself daily against the wicked ways of Wayne. In Swamp Curse, Tony places a curse on the Winkle family; when the family's plumbing goes awry he develops a reputation round town as a dark magician. In Army of Wayne, Wayne is placed in charge of some kindergarten kids.
