The Cramp Twins - Series 3 - News Whale

Animation about ten-year-old twins Wayne and Lucien Cramp - brothers who are complete opposites of one another. When Lucien's protests to protect whales from insensitive fishing practices fail to attract any news coverage, Wayne tells him it's because he's capital B for Boring. The Whale Welfare Society online suggests Lucien needs a gimmick to sugar the pill.
