Chris talks about the fact he’s a filming a video on Friday for the Christmas single. Chris went to the gym yesterday and had a weigh in which he’ll reveal to us tomorrow. We reminisce about the Black Lace track 'Superman' which we’ve found already, and today is Welsh Wednesday, so we need callers from Wales please 07:05 (00:35) – Chris teaches us all the dance moves for the Superman song, which are quite simple really. Apparently they use the song in schools for kids, so it’s now very target again. Many Many people are remembering it from their schooldays 07:20 (00:50) – We have our Welsh Wednesday callers; three very odd people, none of whom we’re sure about being on our UK map 07:35 (01:05) – More Superman fun. It’s sweeping the nation. 07:45 (01:15) – Sara Cox has just tweeted that she’s doing the superman dance in her underwear. Her other half is not impressed. We also do a big plug for Bullyproof and also talk about Entourage which Chris has been watching 08:15 (01:45) – We play the Christmas lights guessing game. Today it’s Diana Vickers 08:45 (02:15) – We want to play Phil the Badger, but Aled says the rules don’t allow it sadly.
