06:35 (00:05) – Somebody from health and safety has put foam strips on the side of the studio desk. Chris doesn’t approve and then they fall off accidentally anyway. Chris has got a new beanie hat and is feeling cold and a bit sicky today. We discuss Strictly Come Dancing and Carrie’s ex with his trout mouth. We also talk X Factor and will have some clips later. 06:55 (00:25) – Dizzee Rascal is here and we wonder whether he watches Strictly Come Dancing 07:05 (00:35) – We play some clips of X Factor from Saturday night and talk Chris through some of the worst entries 07:35 (01:05) – Dizzee part one. He’s very excited about the new album, which is out today. We talk about him meeting Calvin Harris at Radio 1’s Big Weekend, and about the other people he’s collaborated with. 07:55 (01:25) – We have a few questions for Dizzee Rascal, including whether he’s single or not. He says he’s 'abaaaaaat'! Watch out, Dizzee’s abaaat! 08:05 (01:35) – Dizzee takes the mickey out of Chris’ beanie hat, which he says looks like Bo Selecta. We play a bit of 'Dirtee Cash' which will be Dizzee’s next single. 08:20 (01:50) – Final part with Dizzee. He does some verbal sparring with Chris again and says that once the album’s out he’s going to knock him out 09:00 (02:30) – Tedious Link: Snoop Dogg – 'What’s My Name?' 09:05 (02:35) – We have a little natter with Kelly and a bit of banter and then play the new single. We talk about Chris’ new hat which cost an amazing £70 09:15 (02:45) – We talk about the gig tonight at the Electric Ballroom in London, and the new album 09:20 (02:50) – We’ve got a guitar for Kelly to play, but first he needs to tune it 09:25 (02:55) – Kelly plays the guitar and Chris and Dave sing 09:45 (03:15) – Carpark Catchphrase with Lydia and Liana.
