Chris is sore after meeting his new trainer yesterday, and we run through all the Big Brother contestants from last night. Michael McIntyre will be here later on in the show and we’ll be chatting to Sir Alan Sugar on the phone 07:00 - News and Sport 07:20 – Sir Alan Sugar on the phone talking about the final of The Apprentice on Sunday and the series so far 07:30 - News and Sport 07:35 – Ant Danbury has done a voice over for a trail highlighting all the big guests we’ve got coming up 07:50 – Michael McIntyre will be in shortly, and in the meantime we talk about how great Fridays are. The Golden Hour is coming later, which will be great 08:00 - News and Sport 08:05 – Chris' brother Kieron has been on safari on honeymoon. Dave wants Chris to do a 'Kieron on board an animal' gallery, to go with the picture of him in Egypt on a camel 08:20 – Michael McIntyre part one. We talk about telly and Babestation and stuff, until we sensibly decide to change the subject 08:25 – We talk about pausing live telly and what stuff looks like in HD, 'cos Michael McIntyre new show is being shown on the BBC HD channel 08:30 - News and Sport 08:45 – Michael McIntyre part three. He talks about the format of the show, where he does local material for local people. We talk about our favourite sandwiches and sugar butties, and people knocking on your door late at night.
