The Chris Evans Breakfast Show travels to the home of the Archbishop of York for our big Christmas extravaganza. We will be broadcasting from around the kitchen table at Bishopthorpe Palace, and discovering what Yuletide treats an Archbishop keeps in his fridge. Live music will be provided by James Dean Bradfield from the Manic Street Preachers (see what we did there), and KT Tunstall - both of whom will be tackling some classic Christmas covers for us. The choir from York Minster will also be present, peppering the show with bursts of carols throughout. We'll talk to Isabel - the twelve year old choirgirl sensation who was first discovered singing at the Minster. Her record is out now, and her mentor is none other than our very own Aled Jones! Last time we took the Breakfast Show on the road, we had Moira Stuart reading the news from a horsebox. Where shall we find to place her this time around? Wherever it is, it will be suitably decked out with tinsel and baubles - of that you can be sure. Tune in between 6.30-9.30am for seasonal surprises aplenty. You can also watch the action unfold before your eyes, as the show is streamed online and broadcast live on the BBC Red Button.
