For over 40 years The Chieftains have been Ireland's biggest traditional group. From the Royal Albert Hall to the Great Wall of China, they have spread their unique sound to the four corners of the globe, collaborating with some of the biggest names in music along the way. This programme follows the band as they embark on another international tour, starting at the Belfast Festival at Queen's and pays special tribute to the Belfast Chieftain, Derek Bell who passed away in 2002.
