Graham Stewart examines whether the government's Digital Britain report is ambitious enough for businesses that rely on broadband. He asks the report's author, communications minister Lord Carter, whether his call for a 2Mbps universal minimum speed by 2012 will still leave some parts of Britain in the slow lane of the digital highway. Jim Eglinton, who runs an online video conferencing company, tells us his frustrations with the kind of speeds he currently gets in Inverness and why 2Mbps may not be enough. We're joined by Danny Alexander, the Liberal Democrat MP for Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch and Strathspey; and Oliver Johnson of broadband analysts, Point Topic, for their analysis.
