The British Academy Film Awards - 2009 - Part One

The first hour of the awards from the Royal Opera House in London, hosted by Jonathan Ross. The show starts with all the action from the red carpet as the stars arrive for the biggest awards ceremony in the British film calendar. The action continues inside as we join Jonathan Ross on stage to introduce this year's star-studded event as the awards are handed out. Nominees include Kate Winslet, Mickey Rourke, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Meryl Streep, Pénelope Cruz, Clint Eastwood and Robert Downey Jr., along with films The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Slumdog Millionaire, The Reader, Milk, The Dark Knight, Mamma Mia, Wall E, Changeling and Frost/Nixon.
