Later, Brian calls Siobhan confirming arrangements for his visit - but Debbie is none the wiser. Ian tastes some of Helen's Borsetshire Blue, and tells her that he'll definitely be putting it on the menu at Grey Gables. He asks after Tom, who's doing his driving course this week. Helen confides in Ian about her counselling sessions, and tells him that she's identified patterns in her behaviour and has come to realise that she has to change the way in which she responds to situations. Ian assures her that he's there for her.
