The Almost Perfect Guide to Life - Episode 4

Radio 1's Reggie Yates joins BBC Switch to present The Almost Perfect Guide to Life, a six-part series offering a one-stop guide to everything teenagers want to know but are not sure who to ask about. Joining Reggie to introduce the Insider Guide segments is AJ Odudu, in her first TV presenting role. It is tough being a teen. Surging hormones, changing bodies, exam stress and pocket money just don't cut it. On top of that, there's pressure to wear the right clothes and to look good, when all teens really want to do is spend time with their mates. The show gives young people the information they need in an instructive and entertaining way to help them get through this confusing time. From how to pull, how to pass, and how to pretend they've known this stuff all along, each episode is fast-paced, funny, frank and packed with insider tips presented by experts. Seventeen-year-old Sophie is a serial monogamist who needs serious help coming to terms with being single. Hollyoaks' Jessica Fox, who plays Nancy, shows her how to enjoy single life. There are quick guides to revising for exams, as well as how to make over your look in just five minutes. AJ presents a crash course in how to be a fantastic flirt, while Mancunian Richard, who's struggling to land himself a part-time job, looks to interviewee extraordinaire and The Apprentice finalist Alex Wotherspoon for key tips.
