For the second in his series of programmes looking at the Psalms of David, Brian D'Arcy explores perhaps one of the most well known and well loved Psalms of all - Psalm 23. Sometimes referred to as the Shepherd's hymn, it has been written and arranged by poets and composers for centuries. This week's hymns include, of course, Psalm 23 sung to the well loved Crimond, In heavenly love abiding and Father hear the prayer we offer. The choir of St Martin in the Fields is this week's featured choir, directed by Andrew Earis. The organist is Martin Ford.
