The Rest, a 7 piece group from Ontario, Canada joined Andrew Collins in the studio as this week's New Favourite Band. He also repeated the Idlewild Hub session that was recorded earlier today, played a lovely Elbow session from 2008 and in Ant News asked 'What ever happened to flying ant day?'.
