It's a busy Roundtable today as Romeo from the Magic Numbers, Sam Duckworth AKA Get Cape Wear Cape and Pearl from Pearl and The Puppets join forces in the studio to discuss some new releases. Thursday's programme also sees Lammo continue his week of chatting with Edinburgh Fringe Performers. Today we meet session bass player extraordinaire and Edinburgh Fringe performer Guy Pratt whose one man show: 'Guy Pratt's Wake Up Call!' features tales from his career playing bass for some of the World's biggest bands and self important solo artists. Having played for Pink Floyd, Tom Jones, Bryan Ferry and Madonna he gives the low down as to what being a session musician involves, how his Fringe show will lift the lid of life in the studio and just how he came to write Jimmy Nail's number one single 'Ain't No Love'. All this and an amazing selection of music from the boy Lamacq including Klaxons, Bloc Party and session tracks found deep within the BBC vault.
