Children's series in which Mr Mopple reads from the storybook with the help of Basil the Bookshelf, Chloe the Clock and Twinkle the Cat. Mr Mopple is trying to decide which kitten to keep as a pet when the magic house invites him inside to read Charlie's Choice.
