Christine Bleakley, Gary Lineker, Claudia Winkleman and Richard Hammond kick off the 2010 Sport Relief fundraising spectacular as the BBC's biggest brands come together to try and top 2008's 28 million pound total. The star studded night of entertainment includes 'Smithy' aka James Corden 'coaching' the cream of British sport to glory including David Beckham, Wayne Rooney and Andy Murray, to name just a few. Dragon's Den stars Duncan Bannatyne and Peter Jones challenge each other on the ballroom dance floor in a special edition of Strictly Come Dancing from the O2 Arena. Frank Skinner hosts a very special one-off programme of A Question of Sport Relief, while the Match of the Day team put their reputations on the line in the kitchen as Match of the Day does MasterChef. There are also specials of Outnumbered and Walk on the Wild Side - and the One Show as you've never seen it before. Live music comes from Robbie Williams, who sings the Sport Relief single. There is also a performance from Cheryl Cole, and a special song from JLS and Lemar. The night also features stars from the Sport Relief challenges, like Eddie Izzard, who ran an incredible 43 marathons in just 51 days for Sport Relief, and Helen Skelton, who kayaked the Amazon. And as ever it's up to you the viewers to rise to the challenge to make the difference. The money raised will go towards helping vulnerable people both at home in the UK and across the world's poorest countries.
