This week news of the first traffic wardens, how Malta was granted independence, Jimi Hendrix arrived in London with only the clothes he stood in, the QE2 was launched and the rumour spread that Paul McCartney was dead and a body double was being used. On tv we had Dixon on Dock Green. Music tracks included in the programme are from Keith, Gary Puckett, The King Brothers, Roy Orbison and Irma Thomas.
