Twelve novice magicians are busy perfecting their first professional magic trick. The boys are conjuring up a real snake whilst the girls are making a rabbit disappear. But before they can even think about performing their tricks on stage, they face a more pressing challenge. To help build their confidence with animals, the sorcerees are learning the art of dog handling. After a two-hour lesson they must lead their new best friends round a Crufts-style dog agility course. But just keeping their dogs on the course is tricky for Holly, Michael and Hannah. There's a lot riding on this task because whoever wins it wins themselves the elusive magic ticket, and guaranteed safety in the first magic eliminations. Who will come out top dog? It's not just the sorcerees competing, their magic teachers Mr Knight and Miss Evans are also battling in a series of mad cap Teacher Challenges. The Sorcerer wants you to get in on the act too. He showcases an amazing trick to try at home.
