Hard at work on their two illusion tricks, the eight remaining sorcerees know only too well how crucial this performance is - they are fighting for a place in the final. But becoming a true illusionist is harder than it looks and the stress of the semi where they will be performing to an audience of professional magicians is sending Harry into a spin. Mr Knight and Miss Evans perform some jaw-dropping illusions of their own and the Sorcerer has something equally magical up his sleeve to decide the sorcerees' performance order. Nobody wants to go first or last, but who will get the short straw for this all-important show? Amber's determined partner Ben practices every spare minute. Holly knows it is all about showmanship and adds some rather unusual touches to her and Tommy's act. Ayrton and Sarah appear to have perfected their routine, but will it go according to plan? With the admit one pass, Elizabeth already has a place in the final but partner Harry has everything to play for. An apparent prop malfunction brings their routine to an abrupt halt, can they get the magic back in time?
