The final show of the series sees Graham Bell and Ed Leigh set out to discover what makes extreme sports fanatics take the risks they do. They decide to put themselves to the test both physically and psychologically, jumping off a bridge, then out of a plane, and finally off a cliff as they learn the latest extreme craze of speed riding. Tara Palmer-Tomkinson is the final celebrity to take the Ski Sunday challenge and there are highlights of the women's downhill at the Swiss resort of Crans-Montana.
