Jill Douglas is at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff where Wales host Italy, looking to build on their unbeaten start to the tournament. Wales enjoyed a crushing 44-10 win over the Azzuri in 2004, running in six tries in the last game of Steve Hansen's reign as coach. Last year, however, Italy edged out the Welsh 23-20 in Rome.
