We spend a day in the life of deaf care-worker, Julie Wixey, and see how the dedication and compassion she brings to her role have earned her respect, praise, and an award, from all those who know her at the care-home where she works. We also accompany a deaf tinnitus sufferer on her journey to find out more about the condition that plagues her.
