Seaside Rescue - Series 6 - Episode 3

Documentary series following Britain's maritime rescue services. It's bitterly cold in South Devon and three people have been spotted in the sea out in Torbay. The lifeboat is scrambled but in such awful conditions, the chances of survival are slim. A walker has fallen on the Cornish Coastal path and broken her ankle badly, while in Perranporth, RNLI lifeguards deal with a woman who has taken a severe blow from a surfboard in the waves. After a scramble to the Scillies, a new-born baby gets its first flight, courtesy of the Royal Navy.
