Londoner Vicky is unhappy with the way she looks and has already saved enough money for a nose job and liposcution on her thighs and bottom. Sarah, 28, hates her nose and her feelings about her appearance have dominated her life since she was a teenager. She firmly believes that having a nose job would totally transform her life.
