Movie icon and legendary actor Sir Roger Moore, reads the third excerpt from his autobiography "My Word Is My Bond". Roger recounts his memories of moving to America with Dorothy Squires to pursue his dream of becoming a big name; his first job on US television; and getting married to Dot in New Jersey. He also recalls being signed to MGM; starring in movies such as 'The Last Time I Saw Paris' alongside Elizabeth Taylor and Van Johnson; working with Ava Gardner, Debbie Reynolds and Vic Damone; his first movie with David Niven; and being taught how to kiss 'properly' by Lana Turner. On returning to the UK, he stars in 'Ivanhoe', alongside a German-speaking Christopher Lee; is surprised by a young Elvis Presley, and allows his heart to take him far from Dorothy and into the next phase of his life.
