Scarlett wakes from a nightmare in which she's chasing Wee Bob down Montego Street on a mobility scooter, just as Molly has done to Big Bob, leaving Scarlett feeling guilty about Big Bob. In confession, Father Mulvaney tells Scarlett to look for a sign from God. A guilty Scarlett vows to save Big Bob no matter what! Iona refuses to take Big Bob on at the Deli, but tells Scarlett there's a janitor vacancy at the community centre. Murray is just about to dump Eileen when Scarlett interrupts, asking about the janitor vacancy. She is deflated when Eileen tells her applications have closed and the interviews are about to take place. On a break in the pub beer garden Scarlett is pooped on by a pigeon. She grabs a piece of paper to wipe it off and realises it's the interview list for the janitor job: she takes this as a sign from God. Murray is again about to dump Eileen when Scarlett again interrupts, this time carrying the interview list. With Murray and Eileen distracted, Scarlett adds Big Bob's name to their list. Scarlett cajoles Raymond into phoning Molly to ask Big Bob to come to the pub for a cocktail promotion. When Big Bob enters the Tall Ship dressed as an olive, Raymond leads him through the back where Scarlett springs out and tells Big Bob she's got him an interview. Scarlett helps Big Bob into his suit, but Big Bob escapes when her back is turned. Scarlett finds Big Bob in the boatyard and apologises to him, promising not to behave like Molly or interfere any more. Big Bob then makes the decision to head over to the community centre, but Murray tells him he's too late. Big Bob enters the Tall Ship and tells his sister that he was late for his interview. Big Bob and Eileen sit dejectedly side by side in the pub. She is impressed by the way he talks about his commitment to hard work. When Eileen learns he's Scarlett's brother she has an idea. Big Bob is heading out of Shieldinch when Scarlett tells him Eileen has offered him the janitor job. Big Bob is delighted, and when he sees Molly is ringing his phone, he tosses it into the bin. He's on his way up! Looking through photos of the camping trip, Raymond suggests to Eileen that Gina and Murray make a better couple. Ruth thinks Gina has a soft spot for Murray but Gina denies it. In the cafe, Gina and Murray discuss how much they both enjoyed the camping trip. Murray tells Gina about his feelings for her and that he's going to dump Eileen. Gina wants to reciprocate but tells him not to dump her sister. Eileen walks in and disturbs the moment - Gina feels very guilty. Later, Gina is disappointed when Eileen reveals she and Murray are off to Paris. Raymond can see that Eileen views Gina as a rival. Eileen tries to tempt Murray into going on a mini-break in Paris. Gina witnesses and hurries out, upset by their apparent closeness. Murray then dumps Eileen - much to her surprise and anger. She drowns her sorrows in the pub; Raymond tries to lift her spirits. Murray arrives at Gina's with flowers, but she ushers him straight out, too angry to talk to him. Lenny visits Father Mulvaney in the confessional and warns him not to interfere with Lenny's business or family. In the Tall Ship Father Mulvaney hints to Ewan that Mary, his mother, may be dead, and Ewan may be in danger from Lenny. At home, Ewan is raking through a drawer when Lydia comes in, relieved that he's returned home. Thinking he's upset about Jo, Lydia gives Ewan some money and tells him to visit Jo in Australia. Lenny pops into the Deli and is intrigued when Iona tells him that Ewan has been in recently stocking up on ready meals and asks if he's moved out. Lenny is suspicious. Still being held captive, Lee calls Ewan's bluff, telling him to get on with it if he intends to kill him. Lenny arrives outside and tries to break into the flat, but is interrupted by Robbie and Hayley. Ewan has no choice but to untie Lee or they're both dead. Lee persuades Ewan to let him help find Ewan's mum, and they trick Tony into meeting Ewan at the pub. Under duress, Tony confirms Ewan's suspicions that his mum is dead. Ewan and Lee leave the flat and Ewan gives Lee money to get out of town forever. Lee tells Ewan to be careful. Ewan sends Lenny a text to say he's good, but we see that he is not. Lenny enters his old flat to find it empty - there is no sign of life.
