Richard Bacon hosts an hour long debate with representatives from the the three main parties, asking the question; How will the election on May 6 affect music? Richard is joined by Conservative John Wittingdale, Labour's Margaret Hodge, and Don Foster from the Liberal Democrats. The Head of UK Music, Fergal Sharkey, will be in the studio and there will be contributions from Doves, Reverend and the Makers, festival promoter Melvin Benn, and Glastonbury Festival organiser, Michael Eavis. They'll discuss the state of live music - from licensing to ticket touts, supporting new music in the UK and around the world, how breakthrough technology can be both a boost and a hindrance to music, and what the future holds for the industry at large. The politicians want your vote. But what's in it for the music fan?
