In the fiercely competitive Flower Bed exhibition a group of residents from Manchester try to take on the municipal parks who have dominated the competition since it started. Rachel finds the recipe for growing the perfect herb tea and the team also meet two ladies whose conviction in the healing power of herbs has inspired them to create their own medicinal garden. And there's a surprise guest at the show giving a masterclass on pint-sized vegetable plots.
