Repulsion

Atmospheric chiller about a young manicurist, whose sexual neuroses trigger a withdrawal into a nightmarish world of hallucinations when she is left alone in a London flat. As she is overcome by her fears, she loses all sense of reality, lashing out at her unfortunate visitors. This was Roman Polanski's first film in English.
