Behind the scenes at one of Britain's biggest police control centres. Nick Knowles and Louise Minchin present dramatic events from the day-to-day work of the emergency services. Rowers make an emergency call to the coastguard from the mid-Atlantic as a hurricane approaches. Fire and Rescue are called to a couple trapped upstairs in a blaze, and deal with fires caused by burning pizza and roast potatoes.
