Nick Knowles follows the dramatic day-to-day work of the emergency services. The air ambulance is scrambled to reach a fell walker who's collapsed in the Lake District on the most rugged terrain. In the city, all three services are called after a lorry's stabilising arm swings out into moving traffic.
