With only the facilities that a basic burger van has to offer, our chefs must draw a crowd from the hundreds of race meet revellers. The chefs go head-to-head and must provide one meat dish, one vegetarian dish and one dessert each. Whoever tempts enough customers to part with their cash to make the most profit will win.
