Proms in the Park - 2007 - Northern Ireland

Join Noel Thompson and a crowd of 10,000 music lovers for the biggest classical music party in Northern Ireland. Recorded at Carrickfergus Castle as part of the BBC's Last Night of the Proms, the Ulster Orchestra, conducted by Kenneth Montgomery, is joined by soloists Alfie Boe (tenor), Giselle Allen (soprano), Dermot Dunne (accordion), traditional Irish group Beoga and the specially formed Carrickfergus Community Schools' choir.
