Magic Grandad has amazing time-travelling powers and takes two of his inquisitive grandchildren on the most extraordinary adventures. In this episode, he and the children visit the battlefields of northern France during the First World War, then go to present-day Westminster Abbey to lay poppies on the Tomb of the Unknown Warrior.
