Postman Pat: Special Delivery Service - Big Balloons

Children's animation. Postman Pat has been promoted to Head of the Special Delivery Service, which means he will now be called upon to deliver anything, anytime, anywhere! Together with his new boss, Ben, a fleet of new vehicles and his faithful companion Jess the cat, Pat proves that he can be relied upon to deliver on time, every time! Pat is asked to deliver helium balloons to celebrate the reopening of Pencaster Town Hall. When the balloons are accidentally released and PC Selby floats away, Pat has to make a daring rescue attempt in his helicopter.
