Penelope K, by the way - Tiger

Penelope K runs the Information Station, a place which contains all the answers to any question a child might have. To help her find the answers, Penelope is joined by her sock puppet, Squirm; Hank and Frank, two wise cracking fish; Trewey, the shadow rabbit, and music is provided by the Rubber Band. Penelope K is baffled as to why tigers have stripes. It has nothing to do with pyjamas or socks, which are often striped as well. Hank and Frank are also puzzled and head off to find a striped fish to ask. But all the striped fish are shy and swim away to hide in the seaweed where they can't be found at all. Trewey and the Rubber Band are keen on hiding as well. Penelope K pieces together the clues about hiding and stripes... tigers stripes help them to hide in the jungle so they can hunt for their dinner!
