Penelope K, by the way - Milk

Penelope K runs the Information Station, a place which contains all the answers to any question a child might have. To help her find the answers, Penelope is joined by her sock puppet, Squirm; Hank and Frank, two wise cracking fish; Trewey, the shadow rabbit, and music is provided by the Rubber Band. Penelope K investigates just what that delicious drink, milk is. She gets caught up in a puzzling array of facts. Milk Fish live in Asia, mums give you milk when you're little and cows line up outside a shed every morning. But she simply doesn't know if milk comes from cows, fish or mums until she sees the final clue of an animal drinking milk from it's mum. Milk comes from mums. And when we grow up we drink cows' milk.
