Rossini's Armida, Live from the Metropolitan Opera New York. Renée Fleming sings the sorceress who plans to use her beauty to enslave the crusading soldiers. She falls in love with Rinaldo, who is captivated by her until he sees his reflection and realises he is no longer the noble warrior he once was.
