Alison and Robert Bull bought their penthouse flat off-plan nearly two years ago for 250,000 pounds. With a baby on the way and plans afoot for a new house in the Cotswolds they have decided to take the plunge and sell. Breathtaking views of the Solent are a definite allure but the bland interior design leaves Kristian less than impressed.
