Open House - Series 2 - Farndale Crescent

Kristian Digby shows sellers how to get ahead of the competition by launching their homes on the market through a one-off open day. Anita moved into her Greenford semi with her family back in 2003, but now as an empty nester she wants to move to a smaller place and free up some finances. The layout of her home, however, has been altered to accommodate lodgers, and as it's been languishing on the market for five months, Kristian needs to persuade her to turn it back into a superbly presented family home to entice potential buyers on the open day.
