Kristian Digby shows sellers how to get ahead of the competition by launching their homes on the market through a one-off Open Day. Robena Karamdad moved into her semi detached family house in Ecclesall on the outskirts of Sheffield 13 years ago and has seen her two sons grow up there. Now they plan to fly the nest, Robena wants to sell up and get somewhere smaller. But there's the not so small matter of the clashing carpets, walls and décor in several of the rooms - can Kristian help get the place looking good before the open day?
