Open House - Series 1 - Whitkirk

James and Carol Yoward want to sell their family home. The three bed detached house was to be one of three built in the former grounds of a manor house but the developer ran out of money. So the house now boasts a large private garden with a greenhouse, garage, plenty of parking and a large lawn. The property is ripe for an extension so Kristian invites the local planning officer along to the open day.
